  • Description

    drum, tabor, with stick - pale blue painted wooden outer frame, top and bottom. Two skins stretched over metal or tin shell set within the wooden outer frames. The lower head has two strings of catgut stretched across it, a long metal eyelet screw joins the two wooden frames together, leather strap. Tapered wooden stick with acorn shaped hitting end, stick has two incised lines in upper third and a hole at upper end for a string (holding device)
