  • Description

    lamp, oil. The object is an oil lamp with a circular oil chamber and medium sized nozzle. The filling hole is small and in the centre of the discus. The wick hole is large with signs of burning. The design on the shoulder is impressed lines radiating from discus- narrowing to a abstracted wheat ear design on the nozzle. The fabric is brown with the discus glazed and the lamp has no handle.
