Circular lacquered box with lid and base, the largest in a set of three nesting boxes. The base has a carved lip which slots into the inside of the lid, closing the box. It cannot be opened. The lid has a tension crack on the side. The outside of the box is an orange colour, with yellow flecks dispersed throughout. The same pattern is on the side of the lid and base. There is a circular design in the centre of the lid, which consists of four dark green circles with spokes in the centre. The base has a green band around the top, which is filled with a repeating design of red flowers and black geometric shapes. The underside of the box is bright orange, with a large green circle in the centre. The green circle is surrounded by a black circle, which is a thin line, broken in some places.
