  • Description

Foe. Paddle. This is a carved foe made of one piece of wood. The foe is light brown in colour with a smooth unpolished surface. The handle of this foe is cylindrical in shape. The handle then flares to a wide, round and flat blade. The blade is smooth with no decorative features like the handle. The tip of the blade is pointed, however the point is slightly thicker then the rest of the blade. Written across the blade in chalk is the word MANIHIKI.
