    pot, ceramic. Flat base, shallow vertical foot. Straight sides angle steeply up to sharp corner at shoulder. Shoulder aprox. mid height of vessel, and slopes inwards, with slight convex curvature, to very short neck, plain rim. Decoration is in brown glaze. Thin, brown, horozontal bands on shoulder and collar. More thin brown lines vertically separating repeated, stylised leaf shapes painted on shoulder. Cream ware. Indus Valley civilisation, ca 2500-1700 BCE
