    Moto. Spear. This spear is long, cylindrical, and pointed at each end; one end is to be gripped, the other pointed end is sharper and intended to pierce. The moto is dark brown in colour with a glosy patina. There is a notch at one pointed end as well as tavatava (carved zigzag surface decoration) at the grip end of the moto.
