    Fishing device or charm with toggle and bird "wish-bones". "A carving of a killer whale in bone with red accentuation of features. Attached by cord to a piece of rib with a face carved on it. Cross hatching around face and on back. Attached to the cord are some bird bones (four) including a wish bone.
