  • Description

    Kete. Bag. For carrying personal items. Kete is woven from natural coloured rauara (pandanus leaf) strips with dyed-black apuraka (giant swamp taro) akamanea (decoration). Rectangular in shape. The kete has a patara (serrated rim). Overlaid black strips form diagonally laid checkered line designs across both sides of kete. Single braided natural coloured rauara tatai (handle).
