  • Description

    Saqa Tabua. Double 'twin' container water vessel. One container has broken off. Made from qele (clay) with Wa ni Tabua (crossover handle). Hole at centre top of handle for suspension cord. Outer surface coated with makadre (resin from the Dakua tree). One orifice and an i gaga (pouring spout). Decorative protrusions across the handle with somuna (decorative spots of applied qele) and incisions decorating the waist and upper areas of the containers.
