    Cast from bronze. The figure depicts Hotei the god of fortune and guardian of children. The figure is a male with a bald head, scruffy facial hair, extended ear lobes, loose robe, and a large exposed belly. The figure's open smiling mouth is hollow. Over his right shoulder is a sack. The underside exposes the hollow interior. The figures left had is closed in a grip and there is a small hole for placing through an object.
