  • Description

    pendant, disc. Unfinished. The shape resembles a circle with the upper part removed to form a flat edge. On one broad surface there are two raised relief circles at near the flattened edge with the centres pecked out, possibly intended as a spiral design. There are coarse striations in multiple directions on the broad surface indicating how the surface was abraded.

    The reverse side is convex, gently for the central and upper part and then steeper contours to the side and lower edges. Serpentine.
