Sport and General"- Photo. • A lot of interest has been shown in a set of five' panels carved in Portland stone arid placed on the new Poplar Town Hall:, in -London, opened recently by Mr. G. Lansbury. The figures symbolise the trades and professions employed on the building, the sculptor, Mr. David Owens, F.R.8.5., having made sketches of the men at work for this purpose.
