Stoneware, reduced fired at 1300°C

Hohlt uses traditional Oriental glazes over his stoneware - in this case copper red and Chun blue. He comes from a family where pottery has been an occupation for generations, and after attending art school and a period as technician at a ceramic factory has run the family workshops since 1965.
