    Made from whale's tooth and black ink. The tooth is a brown/cream colour. The tooth has an oval opening and a chipped tip of the tooth. Both sides of the tooth are etches with designs. On one side is a picture of a male sailor embracing with a woman and a ship in the background. The other side has a and solitary woman reading a book, she is inside an oval frame. Designs around the base of the tooth are a boarder of leaves
