Costume worn by Leslie Smytheman (then aged 6 years) at Children's Day Parade held at Auckland Domain c December 1915. This was part of a Queen Carnival fund-raising function, raising funds for the Wounded Soldiers Fund. The Weekly News Supplement of 3 December 1915 includes a photograph of Leslie in his outfit.
