    Thread cutting die (1/16" Whitworth)

    steel tool. Rotating knob at one end, rectangular plate in centre with three screws, and screw at top end extending to centre. Swing tag attached with "1/16" Whit. / (1.7nm x 60+pi)" handwritten in black ink.

    This was probably not used in watch repairing.
