    Rowllings, Edward Talbot (Brig.), 1894-1969. NZSC ADC.

    10/160 Lieutenant Rowllings served on Gallipoli during WW1 and was severely wounded by a gunshot wound to the knee on his birthday in May 1915. He was initially hospitalised but subsequently invalided home in 1917. He later rose to the rank of Brigadier and received a CBE (Military) for his role during WW2 serving with the Regular Forces and in command of the Southern Military District.
