  • Description

    A rectangular shaped purse with the exterior made from Tongan ngatu or tapa and edged with pandanus fibre. The interior is lined with white/clear synthetic sack material. Two double twisted hibiscus fibre strings – the first is attached to one of the corners of the purse and the second is the latch that is used to secure on to a pandanus ‘button’ to close the purse.
