  • Description

    Figurine, probably seated, almost complete except for feet and a back attachment having been broken off. The head has a plain peaked forehead (top of head pointed with forward curvature). Eyes slit style, bridge of nose slightly off-centre, mouth wide on one side, narrow on the other. Appliqué earspools with central indents. Neck thick and undifferentiated from the torso.

    The broad thin arms, one longer than the other, hang down from the side of the neck over the splayed legs. The torso is perforated, slightly left of centre (front view) from back to front, entering where there is now a break scar. White pigment on all surfaces, traces of red on mouth, neck and foot, traces of yellowish pigment on neck and one arm/leg crevice.
