  • Description

    lamp, oil. The object is an oil lamp with a ovoid chamber with a solid form handle. There is a large filling hole and a very small wick hole. There are raised relief wavy lines around the oil chamber with a chevron design leading from the filling hole to the end of the nozzle. The vessel is tear drop shaped and there is a raised rim of the edge of the filling hole. The fabric is brown and unglazed.
