    flintlock; muzzle loading; iron Damascus barrel with engraving (worn); 1-1/4 inch bore; saddle bar on left hand side, no ring; iron fittings and ramrod; chequered wrist of butt; metal plate on top of wrist with "O"; ornate emblem by trigger guard; shows "Eastern" influence in design; major crack in right hand side of butt; rear nail in forestock loose
