  • Description

    Figurine head. Mould made. Wearing jaguar headdress of which only the nose, an eye and the mouth survive, the surrounds having been broken off. Fringe of teeth or hair above forehead. Large earspools with circle and raised dot at the centre are both intact. Face has lidded and rimmed eyes in sockets, the nose and open mouth with oblique lines each side are abraded and one cheek damaged. Collar necklace with vertical lines and circular pendant suspended from it.

    Part of one shoulder survives showing a textured cloth. Broken at shoulders and upper chest. Back concave.
