  • Description

    Head in the form of a rectangular plaque. Mould made. Incomplete; the sides and base broken off. 'Tlaloc'. Wide-band headdress of three vertical panels over the forehead and two diagonals above the outer eye rings; both sides and earspools missing. Wearing thick-rimmed eye rings over small raised eyes. Compact nose with lines each side curving down to jaw-line. Bowed upper lip. Fang-like appendages protruding from mouth down the chin. Back concave.

    White pigment on the front with traces of red on the headdress.
