    Hemmingway Locket "Old Man of the Sea" (maker's title)

  • Description

    locket, cast sterling silver. Pill-shaped with two thick posts and curled tops which act as suspension loops for cord. Image of sun ray with a boat prow on the sea on one side and haloed man on other. Locket opens with a hinge at the base, which off-centre. Black wax cord with sliding knots used as necklace.
