    Placard Brooch (maker's title)

  • Description

    brooch, in the form of a placard made of nickel. A very thin sheet black lipped mother of pearl covers the face of the placard, through which a text can be read with the title "state terror". A fold formed post is riveted onto the asymmetrical placard. Double steel pin brooch back mechanism.

    Full text reads:

    "This was a deliberate, planned operation of a terrorist nature, carried out for political and ideological motives, using explosives in circumstances where there was a high risk of injury and possibly loss of life, and where heavy damage was caused to the vessel involved"
