Awarded to Minnie Kathleen Skeet, British Red Cross and St. John of Jerusalem.
In 1915 Minnie Skeet received instructions from the Joint War Committee (British Red Cross and th Order of St. John) to Mrs Phillips' Hospital, Cairo (British Journal of Nursing, 3rd August 1915.) A later edition of the Journal (28th August 1915) stated that Mrs Phillips R,R,C, was the Red Cross Principal Matron in Alexandria.
