Medal awarded to 613777 Edmund Leonard Goldsmith, NZEF.
Edmund Goldsmith served in New Zealand during World War Two.
He had also served during World War One with the New Zealand Medical Corps, on Gallipoli and on the Western Front. He was wounded on the Somme on 16th September 1916 and invalided back to New Zealand the following year.
