Alfred Victor Hanson (1888-1948)
Alfred Victor Hanson, born 24.5.1888 at Woolwich, England. Began service in Royal Navy on 4 January 1904 as a Boy Artificer working on the 'Fire Queen' and was discharged on 10 June 1945 with the rank of Engine Room Artificer serving on HMS Philomel. Hanson died in New Zealand in 1948.
