    Hand operated torch "all collected by Sgt. Norman Holden (deceased) in Pacific Theatre of War, WW2"

    Norman James Holden served during the First World War with the New Zealand Field Artillery. During WW2 he joined the 6th (Hamilton) Coy, National Military Reserve at the beginning September 1939. He was mobilised 10.12.1941 and sent to Great Barrier Island, remaining there until end of July 1943 and returned to civilian life.
