    obverse: effigy of President Eisenhower; legend: LIBERTY / 1971 / IN GOD WE TRUST

    reverse: design of an eagle landing on the moon with Earth and stars in the background, above the eagle reads: E.PLURIBUS UNUM; legend: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA / ONE DOLLAR

    plastic token is blue with silver gilt, both sides have an eagle and the legend: EISENHOWER / UNCIRCULATED SILVER DOLLAR

    both token and coin are sealed side-by-side in a crimp-sealed plastic pocket

    two pieces of card, one blank, one with information about the coin

    dark blue envelope houses the set with the US Treasury coat of arms and text in silver gilt: 1971 EISENHOWER UNCIRCULATED SILVER DOLLAR
