    YMCA national swimming tournament medal awarded to Raymond Danvers Baker, for winning the 200-yard championship in Auckland on 6 February 1914. The ornate, circular medal features the Y.M.C.A. logo, centred within a victor's wreath. The flat reverse is engraved 'Tournament / Auckland. / 1914 / 200 Yds Swim / R.D Baker.' Ring suspension.

    Auckland's New Zealand Herald newspaper recorded the results on 7 February 1914.
