    outfit, dress with sash, black silk satin, dress is mid calf length with round neck, long batwing style sleeves with small plastic button and loop closure to cuff, large shoulder pads, twenty self overed buttons with loops to centre back opening, vent to centre back at hem, sash is very long and wide, constructed from three pieces of same black satin fabric, purchased to wear to a legal conference in New York attended with Judge Patrick Browne
