coat

human history
  • Description

Wool lined tent coat, made by designer Bruno Harding. The coat is made from a late 1970s family cotton canvas tent. It is fully lined with acrylic wool front panel and wool blanket back panel and polyester sleeve. Coat features 12 pockets, including two chest hand warmer pockets, one transparent mesh key pocket and a small wrist pocket on the sleeve. The back has a large vent; an original feature from the tent, which was pegged down and allowed for airflow.

The lower section has a tarpaulin panel and a large water resistant pocket, that features the original Eclair zipper.
