'With the author's compliments' handwritten in ink (presumably by Colenso) also on the title page of copy 13667 - possibly given to Triggs.
Content
Copy 13367 has two letters in Te Reo Maori, addressed to Colenso tipped into the book. The first dated 4 Hepetema (September) 1852, from Aperahama (possibly Taonui, Ngapuhi). The second, not dated, from Rihara of Gisborne.
Two photos of the ruins of Colenso's press at Paihia, taken in 1917 by Triggs (according to note in Andersen's hand).
