Te Reo Maori: first lessons in Maori

documentary heritage
  • Description

The text was written originally for the first year student attending Massey University. It assumes no prior knowledge of the Maori Language. While it does not pretend to be a grammar of Maori, it does seek to give the student a text to complement lectures, and to demonstrate the basic patterns used in Maori speech.
