    Ian Munro Sexton (415955) was a radar mechanic and Sergeant in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. He was the first person to plot a Japanese plane on RNZAF radar equipment in March of 1943 in Guadalcanal. He was transferred to aircrew in March 1944 and became a fully fledged pilot.
