    6406 includes photograph of the Old Windmill, Auckland (glued into inside front cover) ; a tipped in colour illustration of Auckland's coat of arms ; a note from F. Rathbone, London showing high relief, Wedgewood miniatures of Lord and Lady Auckland with actual size ; a sketch (tipped in before page 65) of Auckland dated about 1850. Handwritten pencil note on preliminary page states: 'Sketch by Swanison - Auck. in 1850 from Mechanics Bat, p. 65' ; before back cover is a loose photocopy of a map of the City of Auckland from 1921. This copy is signed by Johannes Anderson.
