"Objects - The purification and re-establishment of the ancient science of Astrology.". Annotated in black ink, for a "Miss V.M.B". Birthplace and time are listed.

    Smaller piece of paper accompany the larger sheet, and has a key with the meanings of the symbols used for the natal chart.
