    Assignment of Indenture of Apprenticeship (seals intact) by which Albert Reynolds, son of Mary Ann Reynolds, of Padstow, County of Cornwall, [England], Widow, with the full agreement of all parties is assigned by James Willmett, Shipbuilder, to William Frederick Willmett to serve under him the remainder of his seven-year apprenticeship in the trade of Shipwright.

    Born at Jarrow, Durham, England, in 1831, William Frederick Willmett, a shipwright by profession (and later organ builder), came out to New Zealand from England in 1874 aboard the 'Zealandia' with his wife Isabella and their six children. He died on 10 August 1911, at Auckland.
