    Expressing his concern over the confiscation of land from missionaries by Her Majesty's Government, and the measures set to prevent missionary children from inheriting the land from their parents. King writes that the land in question was purchased fairly before Her Majesty assumed the Government of New Zealand, and questions the authority of the Government against legitimate Deeds of Title.
