    Samuel Williams beings his letter by passing on words from their brother Thomas Williams, he writes "I cannot entertain the idea of doing any thing with Henry's property now" and goes on to say, "I will write again when I know how things are." Samuel Williams then writes of the banks reducing the credit of their customers, in an attempt to halt falling stocks.
