Letter from William Williams to George Clarke, August 9, 1845

    Williams writes to George Clarke of the plunder of the Brig Falco, which was carrying the American Consul J.B Williams and came ashore in a hurricane at Nukutaurua. The vessel was plundered by Europeans, American Whalers from the Waikokopu station and Maori. Williams goes on to say that he expected all the perpetrators to be aprehended.
