    1 spiral bound scrapbook [No 6] 1953 - 1956. Features newspaper clippings that report on the engagement and wedding of Sir Edmund Hillary and Lady Louise Hillary, and their honeymoon and tour of Europe and America.

    Also includes an RNZAF New Plymouth Christmas greeting card from Edmund Hillary to his parents Gertrude and Percival Hillary;and an invitation from Auckland Institute and Museum to an unveiling of Edward Halliday's painting of Sir Edmund Hillary 22 March 1956.
