    Folder 5 -- Indenture between His Royal Highness Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, and Richard Pryor, Mining Captain, of Redruth, Cornwall, regarding the granting of a licence to Richard Pryor to work for all metals and metallic ores within or under a portion of the foreshore adjoining the tenement of Penhale in the Parish of Perranzabuloe, Cornwall, dated 10 October 1881.

    Folder 6 -- Indenture between Richard Pryor and John Sambell, regarding the lease of a dwelling house and premises in Fore Street, Redruth, Cornwall, dated 31 December 1883 (surrendered), and later assigned on 23 November 1886 between John Sambell and Peternell James Opie, Widow, Mary Jane Rowe, Catherine Opie, Spinster, and Emma Opie, Spinster.
