    Miss Olive Abbott was an English journalist who resided in Paris throughout World War II. She did not return to England until the 1950s. She suffered from malnutrition due to the scarcity of food in Paris.
    Lieutenant Felix Maxwell Tattersfield served with the Royal New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserve (RNZVR) during World War II. He was killed in action on 6 October 1942, aged 29.
    Russell Gresby Hambling (41869) served with the New Zealand Army Service Corps (NZASC) and 4 Reserve Mechanical Transport Company (4 RMT Company) in the Middle East during World War II.
