    3/180 Sergeant Harry William Keesing, MM, was born on 13 April 1887, at Traralgon, Victoria, Australia. He served with both No. 1 and No. 2 NZ Field Ambulance, New Zealand Medical Corps (NZMC), at Gallipoli and France during the First World War. Keesing was awarded the Military Medal for acts of Gallantry in the Field in 1917. He died on 2 January 1963, in Auckland, New Zealand, aged 75 years.
