    (2) - English translation of diary (photocopy) of German Officer, Lieutenant Nothnagel, whilst stationed at Dualla, Cameroon, from 30 July to 27 September 1914. (typescript; 7 leaves)

    (3) - Partial account (photocopy) of the massacres of Armenians in Turkey by Ohan Artinian, an Armenian prisoner of war and eye-witness to the events. (typescript; 3 leaves)

    (4) - Speech (photocopy) by Enver Pasha in the Turkish Chamber on 5 October 1915. (typescript; 3 leaves)

    Outsized Item -- Scrapbook (26 cm) containing press cuttings, printed ephemera, holographs, typescripts and photographs compiled by and relating to Harvey Maitland Chrystall (d. 1967). Content includes ephemera and press cuttings relating to Cambridge University (mostly sporting fixtures); English translation of diary of German Officer, Lieutenant Nothnagel, whilst stationed at Dualla, Cameroon, from 30 July to 27 September 1914 (typescript; 7 leaves); partial account of the massacres of Armenians in Turkey by Ohan Artinian, an Armenian prisoner of war and eye-witness to the events (typescript; 3 leaves); speech by Enver Pasha in the Turkish Chamber on 5 October 1915 (typescript; 3 leaves); troop newspaper entitled 'The Masseydonian Stretcher : The official monthly journal of the No. 1 New Zealand Stationary Hospital', No. 1, 1 March 1916.   • Subject Notes
    Captain Harvey Maitland Chrystall served with the Royal Engineers in the First World War. He appears also to have served as an officer with the Nigerian Expeditionary Force (1914) and in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (1914).
