    Between John Logan Campbell ("The Lessor"), of Auckland, Knight, and George Robinson ("The Lessee"), of Auckland, Farmer, dated 16 August 1904, regarding lease of forty-two acres known as the Harp of Erin Paddock, situated in the Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden, provincial district of Auckland, and the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 19, Folio 138, of the Register Book at Auckland. Witnessed by C.F.
