    Agreement regarding the sale and purchase of the exclusive right to use the name of George Fowlds as part of the name of the Company, freehold and leasehold property, all stock and trade, book and other debts, all pending contracts and engagements, cash in hand and at the Bank, and all other property to which the "Vendor" is entitled, including a certain Deed of Lease made between the "Vendor" and the New Zealand Insurance Company, in respect of the shop and premises now occupied by the "Vendor" in the Victoria Arcade and situated in Queen Street and Fort Street, City of Auckland.
