Fleay, of Brighton, England, Boarding House Proprietor; and Margaret Campbell, wife of Hector Campbell, of Whangarei, Farmer, the residuary legatees under the will of Peter McIntyre, late of Pokeno, Farmer, deceased, who died on 17 December 1913, release James McIntyre and Thornton Jackson, of Auckland, Solicitor, the executors and trustees of the said will.
